Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be accepted only if there are not enough teams to fill a particular bracket, decided by the tournament director. If this occurs, you will receive a 100% refund. If a team registers past the entry deadline and is not admitted, they will receive a 100% refund.

Q: When is the tournament?
A: June 21-22, 2008

Q: When is the deadline?
A: Guaranteed entry acceptance for online registration is June 9th. Entries submitted after June 9th will be accepted on a space-available basis until June 13th with an added $25 late fee.

Mailed applications must be postmarked by June 7th to guarantee entry into the tournament. Entries postmarked after June 7th will require an additional $25 late fee until June 13th.

Q: How will I know if my team is in?
A:
Once a team's entry has been processed, "Pick & Roll" will e-mail confirmation to the team captain.  This will serve as the team's official notification of acceptance into the tournament.  If a team does not provide a valid email, no confirmation will be received until the week of the tournament.

Q: How will I know when my team plays?
A: Brackets along with rules, map, and other info. will be mailed to all team captains beginning June 17th. Brackets will also be available online beginning June 15th. If you do not see your team name in your bracket or receive your info. in the mail by June 19, please contact our office immediately at 299-3682

Q: Do all team members have to be the same grade/age?
A: No. You can build your team however you like. Keep in mind however, that your team will play in the division of the oldest member.

A: Elite - $125
Open - $96
Open 6'1" & Under - $96
Open Co-ed - $96
Over 40 - $96
High School - $96
Youth - $84

Q: Can our team make a player change?
A: Yes. Player changes may be made until your team checks in on Saturday. Player changes must be approved by the tournament director. The new player must fit into the criteria for the division of your team. (i.e. youth divisions, 6' & under, etc.)

Q: Can I play on more than one team?
A: While we do allow individuals to play on more than one team (teams must be in different brackets), we cannot control game schedules to guard against scheduling conflicts. Individuals playing on multiple teams could have multiple games scheduled at the same time.
