Once a team's entry has been processed, "Pick & Roll" will e-mail confirmation to the team captain.  This will serve as the team's official notification of acceptance into the tournament.  If a team does not provide a valid email, no confirmation will be recieved until the week of the tournament (see below).

All teams will recieve a confirmation letter, bracket (including first game time), rules, map, and other tournament info. the week of the tournament.

Make sure that you verify team information and division included in your confirmation letter/bracket.  If you find any errors, contact the "Pick & Roll" office at 509-868-6352 immediately.
