Medical Lake Founders' Day Pick & Roll Basketball Tournament

Team check-in is where you go to pick up your team packet. Your packet will include your game schedule, player t-shirts, and other event information. You must pick-up your team packet prior to the tournament.

Team check-in should occur at least one half-hour prior to your first game. Team check-in will be located at the headquarters tent. (See event map for location)

The entire team does not need to be present to receive the team's packet. A designated team representative or team captain carrying the team confirmation letter and personal identification may pick up the team packet.
